Tooro Kokasemera Countryside Experience
(two days - one night)
You start your trip in Fort Portal. From there you will have the choice of taking a bike, a boda or the car to Bwigamiro Country Home.
After lunch you can participate in the daily cow milking. In the evening you will enjoy your dinner why enjoying the scenic sunset before you can tell your favourite tales at the campfire.
On the next day you have the choice of doing a forest walk with the possibility of seeing endangered red colobus monkeys or you can do the community walk and get in touch with the local communitys.
After lunch you will make your way back to Fort Portal.

Rubona Discovery Tour
Rubona is a small but hard-working village located on Kasese Road near Fort Portal. You start your tour by visiting a bee plantation, which gets runned by a local youth group. You can get an insight of how the bees are helping to produce honey, candles, medicine and ear cleaners.
After that you will visit a craft-shop where the owner shows you how to produce the crafts which are all produced in and around those village.
Next target is a basket community. Local women groups are working together to produce the natural coloured baskets.
The best comes to the end: You will visit a farmer family which makes wine out of bananas. Of course you have the possibilty to taste it.
Now you have the choice of where to eat your lunch. You can eat your lunch with the wine producing farmers or at Rujuna Hilltop Guest House.

Tea Experience Tour
Get insights in Ugandan's Tea industry!
You start your tour by visiting the Tea Estates around Fort Portal. Later on you will have a look at a Tea plantation. In a Tea processing factory you can learn how the tea gets processed.
Now it is also possible to taste the tea you followed from the ground to the finished product.
